Search Options

We support searching by gene, transcript, region, variant, position. You can search by two ways.

Notes: We only support for searching with key has more than 3 characters.

Right after opening Vingen Data Portal, you can see the search bar which supports various types of data for searching.

Let's say we want to search by variant. The result will be like below.

Notes:

Each type of search will show different kinds of results accordingly. For example, if we search by subject, there will also be results for Biospecimen data.
